He has worked with leading brands like Loews Hotels, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, Noble House, and Benchmark Hospitality, where he played key roles in shaping the company’s strategic direction and performance.
Mikia’s career in hospitality started like so many in this industry; it found her. She was a young mother looking for an alternative work schedule, which is how she found herself working as a Night Auditor at the Hilton Nashville Downtown. She spent the next several years working her way to a leadership role in the Front Office.
Jose is instrumental in defining enterprise level systems for Makeready. Jose has a background in engineering, IT and Construction and has opened multiple hotels with substantial experience driving critical paths. In addition, Jose has served as a hotel AGM and brings invaluable operational experience.
