As Makeready grew, so did his opportunities, eventually bringing him to the home office to help lead Finance across the collection. Outside of work, Negede is fueled by family, fitness, and exploring the world together. Whether traveling somewhere new or challenging himself in the gym, he believes growth doesn't stop when the workday ends. It comes from continually investing in yourself and the people around you.
